  • The rugs should be cleaned regularly with a vacuum cleaner, whether it looks dirty or not, in order to prevent any damage caused by soil and dirt. In case spills occur, blot immediately. Do not rub the stain in any case. Professional cleaning is recommended. Rotate occasionally to equalise wear. In case of loose threads, do not pull the yarn, trim with a pair of scissors.

Delivery and Returns

We accept returns only in cases where items are damaged in transit. Please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of delivery for us to process the return. Kindly note that returns are not accepted on custom-made products.

Shipping

Production takes approximately 45-50 days before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 7-10 days.
The total estimated delivery time is 50-60 days.
